Coffee alters the cholesterol content bile produced by the liver. People who drank coffee or wine, ate wheat bread or ate fish may have lower percentage to develop gallstones according to a study conducted in Italy.

 Coffee contains huge quantity of antioxidants than  the quantity you get from fruits and vegetables in combination. A study conducted shown that most people get more antioxidants in coffee than vegetables and fruits.

 7. Reduce the Risk of Stroke

There are some study conducted which shown that coffee drinkers have 20% lower risk of stroke.
However, some claimed that caffeine increases blood pressure but the increases is little –  3 to 4mm/Hg and when you drink coffee consistently it may go away in some patients, so keep that in mind always.
